Validator uses the following categories of subprocessors to deliver the Service. Named processors (Stripe, Amazon SES) are identified where disclosure is standard; other third-party vendors are described by category only.
- Payments — Stripe (wallet top-ups, signup checkout)
- Email delivery — Amazon SES (verification and transactional email)
- Deliverability verification — email verification providers (receive the email address being checked)
- Phone intelligence — carrier lookup, ported-status, line-status and caller-name providers (receive the phone number being checked)
- SMS delivery — messaging provider for one-time codes (receives the destination number and the message)
- Do-not-call lookup — registry and litigator lookup provider used for on-demand DNC screening (receives the phone number being checked)
- Automated classification — model provider that receives the email domain, the phone number prefix, derived signals about a request and aggregate statistics about uploaded registry files; never the full address or number
- Error monitoring — error reporting service that may receive request details when an error occurs
- Analytics — self-hosted, cookieless page-view analytics on public pages; no third party receives this data
- Reference data — telecom prefix and carrier datasets we download; no customer data is sent to these providers
- Hosting & infrastructure — cloud hosting, database, object storage and TLS termination providers
