Terms of Service

Privacy Policy Subprocessors Cookies CA Privacy (CCPA) DPA
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service at https://getvalidator.io or any associated API, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Quantyra Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.
2. Description of Service
The Service is a multi-tenant platform providing email and phone validation with optional upgrades, optional do-not-call (DNC) screening, verified sessions (one-time codes and magic links), prepaid wallet billing, a public demonstration interface, self-serve signup, a tenant portal, and an integration for third-party CRM marketplaces.
3. Accounts, Tenants, and Access Credentials
Tenants may be created through self-serve signup or administrative provisioning. Access to paid features and the API requires valid tenant credentials.
By using the Service through any client application, script, or automated agent, you represent and warrant that you (or the operator of such client or agent) have the authority to bind the party on whose behalf the request is made. By initiating a request, such party is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in full.
The Company may suspend or terminate any tenant or credentials at its sole discretion.
4. Wallet, Prepaid Billing, and Refund Policy
The Service uses a prepaid tenant wallet funded through our payment processor's checkout by card and, where offered, US bank account (ACH), in US dollars, for API access with a Bearer key. Top-ups are subject to a minimum and maximum amount shown at checkout and to a limit on checkout attempts per hour.
Credits: Your wallet balance and our prices are stated in credits. One credit equals US $0.0005 (2,000 credits per US dollar). Top-ups are paid in US dollars and converted to credits at that rate. Catalog prices are whole credits; custom pricing agreed with you may be stated in fractions of a credit. If we change the value of a credit we will give you notice in advance, and the dollar value of your existing balance will not change.
Wallet top-ups are generally final and non-refundable. No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued except where required by law or as stated below. You expressly waive any right to seek a refund or initiate a chargeback for wallet balances, except for the explicit carve-out in this section.
Provisioning-failure exception: If you complete signup checkout but we cannot provision your tenant account due to a technical failure on our side, we will refund that signup payment to the original payment method.
Wallet credit types: Wallet credits consist of (i) paid top-up credits purchased for monetary consideration — non-transferable, non-refundable prepaid service credits usable solely for validation and platform services, no cash value, not redeemable for cash; and (ii) promotional bonus credits awarded at our sole discretion without additional monetary consideration — non-transferable, no cash value, not redeemable for cash, subject to forfeiture on termination or Terms violation. Promotional bonuses are not purchased stored value. Bonus credits are never granted on any transaction that is refunded, charged back, or fails to result in successful wallet provisioning.
Paid credit expiration: Paid wallet credits do not expire while the tenant account remains active and in good standing. They are subject to forfeiture only as set forth in Section 10.
The Company has discretion over rates, credit issuance or revocation, billing suspension, and enforcement (including HTTP 402 when wallet balance is insufficient). Failure to maintain adequate balance may result in suspension or termination, with forfeiture of remaining wallet balance per these Terms.
Any attempt to dispute or reverse a settled wallet transaction outside the carve-outs above may constitute a material breach. If a payment is refunded or a payment dispute (chargeback) is opened, the corresponding credit is reversed from the wallet, which may leave a negative balance, and paid usage on the account is suspended pending review.
5. Validation and Verification Results
The Service provides validation and verification results based on internal processing, cached data, and third-party sources. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Company disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy or reliability. You assume all risk arising from reliance on results.
Pricing: Each request is billed the published price of the check you select (phone, email, or both) plus the options you add to it. Some options replace the base check with a higher tier instead of adding to it; the rate card lists every price and the API call builder in your portal shows the total for any combination. An option that cannot return an answer for a number or address is reported as unavailable and is not charged.
Wallet billing: Prepaid tenants are charged the published price of the selected check for every completed validation request, whether the result is valid, invalid, or served from cache. When a request is settled by local reference data or cached results, no on-demand lookup is performed, but the price still applies. Requests rejected before validation runs (malformed input, unknown options, insufficient balance, a suspended account) and requests that end in a service error or time out are not charged. Test-mode requests are free and limited in number.
Placeholder and disposable addresses: The Service may reject or treat specially addresses matching known placeholder local-parts or disposable domains. Tenants may configure an allowlist for specific placeholder local-parts; allowlisted placeholders may pass the base check, but on-demand deliverability verification will not run on addresses identified as known-bad; the selected check's price still applies to the completed request.

Shared cache: Validation results for the same email, phone, or domain may be served from a cross-tenant cache for efficiency. Cached responses do not reveal which tenant originally submitted the data. Registry files you upload for DNC screening are not shared: they are used only for your account's checks.
DNC screening: Optional DNC screening compares numbers against National Do Not Call Registry data that you obtain under your own registry subscription and upload to your account and, where a check needs it, against on-demand lookups that cover state registries and litigator lists. You are responsible for holding a valid registry subscription for the area codes you screen, for the accuracy and freshness of the files you upload, and for your own do-not-call and TCPA compliance. We ask only for your registry organization ID and subscription account number, never your registry password, and we do not download files on your behalf. A number settled by your uploaded registry list is billed at the list price; a check that needs an on-demand lookup (a state registry, TCPA screening, or no list for the number's area code) is billed at the on-demand price on the rate card. Screening results support your process; they are not legal advice and not a guarantee of compliance.
API terms: You may not redistribute raw validation data, circumvent rate limits, or resell API access without written permission. Abuse may result in immediate suspension.
SMS and email compliance: You are solely responsible for obtaining required consent before sending SMS (including TCPA compliance) and for CAN-SPAM compliance for session emails you trigger. You warrant that recipients have consented to verification messages.
Demo: The public demo at https://getvalidator.io/try allows a limited number of free checks per device and network address every 30 days, never calls a paid lookup, and does not store the addresses you enter. Demo use constitutes agreement to these Terms.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law. Abuse of the API, rate limits, demo functionality, or billing systems is prohibited. The Company may suspend or terminate access for any suspected violation.
7. Intellectual Property and License
The Company retains all rights in the Service. By submitting data for processing, you grant the Company a license to process and use such data to deliver the Service and maintain necessary records.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING ANY CLAIM. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM PAYMENT PROCESSOR ACTIONS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, data submitted, payments made, or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend access at any time, including for insufficient wallet balance. Upon termination or suspension for any reason, all remaining wallet balance and credits (paid and promotional) are forfeited. No refunds will be provided. You acknowledge this forfeiture provision as a material term of these Terms, agreed to in exchange for access to the prepaid Service.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Pinellas County, Florida, for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits. Class actions and jury trials are waived. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date; where practicable we will notify account holders by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
